REFUND POLICY
Due to damage via transit or faulty merchandise, you have 15 calendar days , from date you received your merchandise , to contact justfrankie-u.com to exchange, credit for similar item. 

Buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling and processing fees on any returned item. 

All fees are non refundable

Store credit ONLY will be issued and valid for 30 days from the date of being issued

In the case of out of stock merchandise, a store credit ONLY will be issued and is to be used within 30 days from the date being issued

CANCELLATION POLICY 
You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after order is placed.
